Nicole Lightell, College Counselor
Nicole is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a College Counselor at Fulfillment Fundamentals Las Vegas. She hails from her alma mater, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education.
With a robust background in education, Nicole has honed her expertise over the span of seven years in higher education, special education, and secondary education. Her career journey includes working for institutions part of the Nevada System of Higher Education such as UNLV and the College of Southern Nevada.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nicole possesses an innate understanding of the community’s needs. She is passionate about guiding high school students through the transition to higher education, particularly advocating for girls of color to pursue diverse educational opportunities beyond the traditional high school diploma. Nicole’s commitment to empowering students underscores her belief in the transformative power of education in fostering individual growth and societal progress.
In her spare time, Nicole finds joy immersing herself in the captivating worlds of audiobooks, embarking on culinary adventures in her travels, and delighting in the spine-tingling thrill of a well-crafted horror film.
