Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’S)

What services does Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas programs offer to students and families?

FFLV provides in-class college access lessons, individualized college counseling, experiential learning opportunities for students, and a parent program to keep families informed and involved in their students’ high school experience. After graduation, FFLV offers scholarships to our students to continue their education and continues to support our scholars and their families to see them through to college graduation.

Do I need to pay for the services offered to my student?

No. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our services are offered to participating students at partner schools completely free of charge.

Is Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas a part of the Clark County School District?

No. FFLV is a 100% privately funded nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of community partners to provide services to our students. We depend on a combination of major gifts, corporate and individual donations and sponsorships, and foundation support for our success. We also depend on partnerships with CCSD administrators, educators and staff to maximize our efforts to reach students.

Which schools currently partner with Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas?

FFLV programs are currently offered to students at Chaparral High School.

How can I enroll my child, myself or someone else in Fulfillment Fund programs?

If a student attends one of the above listed schools, they are eligible to become FFLV students. Please contact an FFLV representative from your respective school for more details about joining our program.

Who can participate in FFLV sponsored programs, events and field trips?

Any student participating in FFLV’s programs at a designated partner school is eligible to participate in FFLV programs, events and field trips. Currently, students not enrolled in our program at a partner school are ineligible to participate, but our advisors and counselors are available to all students for assistance with college related applications and paperwork.

Does FFLV still offer support to my student after high school?

Support for our students doesn’t end at graduation. Seeing our students through to college graduation is the priority of our scholarship department. From offering financial resources to qualifying students, to meeting with them throughout their college career to help increase their chances of success and avoid the pitfalls of college life, we truly take a to-and-through approach to your student’s college education.
