Alexandra Salguera Rodriguez

Alexandra Salguera Rodriguez is the College Access Program Associate for Fulfillment Fundamentals. She brings over 10 years of experience in secondary education across California and Nevada. Before joining FFLV, Alexandra served as a corps member for City Year AmeriCorps in Los Angeles, where she worked as a student success coach. In this role, she helped students build on their strengths and develop vital social, emotional, and academic skills that serve them in school and life.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has taught at Mirus Secondary School and Global Community High School, where she developed and implemented personalized educational programs to support student achievement. She also assisted high school students in navigating the cultural transition to the American school system while focusing on English language development, meeting graduation requirements, and preparing for post-secondary opportunities.

Alexandra is passionate about giving back to her community and finds fulfillment in empowering students to reach their full potential. Outside work, she enjoys attending concerts, supporting her favorite sports teams (the Dodgers, Lakers, and Ravens), and reflecting on her time in college, where she thrived in leadership roles within her sorority, clubs, and work.

Her life mantra is “Do your little perfectly,” and she lives by the belief that a thoughtful and kind approach can create positive change.
