Originally from Perris, California, Eric Simpson is a College Counselor with Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas, where he supports students navigate college and postsecondary pathways. As a first-generation college student, Eric understands firsthand the challenges many students face and is passionate about helping students access opportunities and build confidence in their futures.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education, Society, and Human Development with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in School Counseling at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His experiences working across K–12 schools and higher education helped shape his commitment to college access, persistence, and student success—especially for students who are the first in their families to pursue postsecondary education.
Outside of his work with students, Eric is deeply involved in the marching arts community. As a performer, he earned two world championships and now serves as the Color Guard Director at Foothill High School, where he continues to mentor students through creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
In his free time, Eric enjoys trying new restaurants, staying caught up on the latest Netflix series, traveling, and taking quick trips to Southern California to spend time with family.
