Janelle Addis is the Development and Communications Manager at the Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas. In this role, she has the privilege of using storytelling to share the success and impact of FFLV to grow financial and community support for the work FFLV does. Having spent time in most roles within the organization since 2017, Janelle leverages her perspective from working directly with students and their families with her deep understanding of the strategic and operational goals of the organization to share stories that are steeped in authenticity and grounded in dignity and celebration.
Janelle has spent the last eight years passionately advocating for the young people of the Las Vegas valley through education and the nonprofit community. Before her time at the Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas, she served as an educator with CCSD and advocate for youth nutrition programs with Three Square Food Bank.
Janelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Marketing Communications and her Master of Arts in Urban Leadership from UNLV. She holds a certificate in grant writing from UNLV’s Grant Academy and was an inaugural Transcend Great Schools For the Future and Made by Change LEED Fellow.
