College Access Program Advisor
Joseph Rosas joined Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas in December 2014 as a College Access Program Advisor. In his role, he delivers interactive college preparation curriculum and one-on-one college readiness counseling to help students accomplish their goals of reaching a higher education.
Joseph brings a wealth of experience working in the public sector. He has worked with people with disabilities, children in the juvenile justice system, the homeless population and as an elementary school teacher. Previously, Joseph worked for the Fulfillment Fund in Los Angeles under the Mentor Program and Teen Access Program.
An avid volunteer, Joseph has worked with Special Olympics, The Junior Blind of America, and Oakridge School for the physically disabled.
Joseph graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah with Bachelor’s in Social Work. He also graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a Master’s in Education.
