ACT Preparation Course

Test

Last school year 1 in 10 CCSD students showed to be college-ready based on their ACT scores. Current juniors are scheduled to take the ACT on February 28th. Are you prepared for the ACT?

The ACT is a college admissions test based on the curriculum taught in high school. Students in the Clark County School District are required to take the ACT in their junior year as a high school graduation requirement. This school year students are scheduled to take the ACT on February 28th.

This past school year the Nevada Department of Education reported an average composite ACT score of 17 out of 36 possible point. Moreover, 1 in 10 CCSD students that took the exam showed to be college ready based on their score.

To help students do better on the ACT, Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas is offering a 7-week preparation course for students that will be taking the exam this school year.

This preparation course is available to Fulfillment Fund students at Chaparral High School and Del Sol Academy. A total of 30 spots will be available at each school site. Students will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
